Main Level Walls and Ceiling

At the end of this phase there will be a fairly waterproof main level. There will be a hole in the ceiling (ie bedroom floor) where the stairs will eventually go up and the landing and the elevator hole, but a tarp can be put over the holes. The main level windows will have been fitted.
